The recent market revival in which ATR is actively participating, has created an updraft for new skills to be developed within the company particularly in the engineering and customer service sectors.
This is achieved by the implementation of a career development policy that hinges around a thorough yearly people review process, which leaves nobody on the touchline. Training and other forms of development are actively pursued and cross-functional mobility encouraged.

- Job opportunities are regularly available to accompany the present growth both in the areas of production and engineering. Although turnover is low there are also opportunities from time to time in customer service and sales and marketing functions.
- Internships are accessible at various levels of higher education, mostly in the fields of engineering and product development, but also in all areas which contribute to the development of the Company. Emphasis is placed on the added value of the internship projects, which generally require periods of six months upwards to achieve success.
