position summary:

As HRBP within the ATR Human Resources Division, you will support the business with the ability to challenge, deploying innovative ways of working and change by taking into account the context.
You will report to the ATR Senior HRBP. 

main responsabilities:

 Your main activities will include:
  • Ensuring the implementation and application of HR policies and processes within their business area; being the primary interface for HR in the business;
  • Bringing Human Resources related aspects to the strategic planning of the partner organization and its day to day operations;
  • Providing advice on the people related aspects of management decisions. You will be the voice of HR within the business;
  • Evaluating people related business needs and sharing these needs to the other HR departments for translation into appropriate HR policies, processes and tools. You will be the voice of business within HR;
  • Accompanying and challenging the business to ensure compliance with company strategy and policies;
  • Driving the HR annual cycle of annual interview, salary reviews etc.;
  • Advising, coaching and driving people in their development (including employees and managers);
  • Encouraging managers to take action to create and maintain an engaging and well-being environment;
  • Driving mobility through knowing the people ready to move and networking for potential opportunities;
  • Analyzing training requests  regarding the allocated budget & strategic axes;
  • Supporting management teams in managing change, particularly bringing focus to the human aspects of change, with the support of Leadership & Culture Change CoC. 

key skills / key personal attributes / experience required:

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
  • Holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources from a business school or social law school (or equivalent)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the aeronautical industry
  • Good knowledge of the main HR tools and processes
  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Great team spirit, ability to listen and advice, service-oriented mindset, adaptable and flexible
  • Solid grounding in communication, conflict management and change management
  • English & French: negotiation level
